How can I order from your website?
ordering from our website is easy. Simply add the item/s to the shopping basket, then fill the application form and send it
You will be contacted by one of our staff to complete your payment and shipping.
Do I have to register on your website?
Registration has its advantages but it is not necessary, you can place your order without registration.
What payment methods are available?
Payment methods is currently limited to three ways:
- Pay when pick from our store (this should be within 24h for maximum 48h)
- Bank transfer to our Corporation's accounts
- International payment though Western Union
*After finish placing your order you will transfer to a page which has the payment method details
What is the currency used in your website?
The currency used in our website is Saudi Riyal.
Can I order a product not available on your website?
Yes you can .. Just contact us via the contact form located on the upper menu and we will provide you with the necessary information about this product.
Can I cancel my order, how?
Yes you can. Just send a request through the contact form form located on the upper menu with your order number and will be canceled immediately.
