What are the shipping methods and delivery are available?
We have three ways to delivery depend on the buyer location ..
  • Pickup from the store (for costumer from ArRiyadh)
  • Delivery by FedEx (for delivery in Saudi Arabia)
  • Speed post EMS (for all international costumers)
* Costumers can also use other methods according to them needs.

 

Is your delivery service serve to all countries around the world?

Our Delivery service serve all the countries around the world .. With the exception of some countries not included in Saudi Post destinations.

 

How long is it take to delivery? How much does it cost?

Delivery time for those who are in Saudi Arabia is 24 hours (the cost is fixed, 35 riyals).

For Gulf countries from 48 hours to 4 days.*

For the rest of the world take a maximum of 7 days.*

 

* Shipping  cost  to Gulf countries and the rest of the world is related to the weight of the goods .The website calculates the cost of shipping and add them to the application form automatically all what you have to do is choosing your location.


Is there any additional fees or customs fees on the international shipments?

For our part, there is no additional charges but from our experience sometimes there is a customs duties in the costumer country.
